·        Information about your transactions with us or the insurance company

·        Information we receive from third parties in connection with your insurance transactions with us.

We share this information only with an insurance company who currently provides you coverage or a company to whom we are applying for coverage.

Parties to Whom we Disclose Information

For current and former clients, we do not disclose any non-public personal information obtained in the course of our business except as required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to insurance companies, as described above, who need to know that information to provide insurance for you.  Protecting confidentiality and security of current and former clients is always a top priority.

We retain records relating to services that we provide so that we are able to assist you with your insurance needs and, in some cases, to comply with legal requirements. In order to guard your non-public personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our high standards of confidentiality.
